The Role
We are seeking a world-class Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Group CEO of a diversified portfolio of businesses spanning multiple sectors and geographies. This is not administrative support. This is executive control at the highest level of pace, precision, and discretion.
You are the gatekeeper, filter, and operational rhythm behind the CEO, ensuring that attention is protected, communication is intentional, and nothing reaches leadership that does not deserve to. In a business spanning London, Manchester, and Dubai, you are the constant point of order in an always-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
You will run the CEO’s world with quiet authority and absolute precision:
Inbox & Communication Control
Full ownership of CEO inbox management across all channels
Prioritise, filter, and respond where appropriate, ensuring only what matters reaches the CEO
Triage urgency vs importance in real time
Draft responses, manage follow-ups, and maintain communication flow
Ensure no critical message is missed, delayed, or lost in volume
Diary & Time Architecture
Own and design the CEO calendar with intent, not reaction
Protect time aggressively, ensuring focus is preserved for high-impact work
Manage scheduling conflicts and resolve friction before it reaches the CEO
Ensure every meeting has purpose, preparation, and outcome clarity
Executive Coordination
Act as central point of coordination across leadership, teams, and external partners
Ensure meetings are prepared, briefed, and followed through
Track actions, commitments, and deliverables across stakeholders
Maintain momentum across fast-moving priorities
Travel & Global Logistics
End-to-end management of domestic and international travel (UK, Europe, Dubai, US)
Seamless coordination of itineraries, meetings, and business flow across time zones
Ensure travel time is productive, structured, and fully supported
