The Role
This role is based at our HQ in Dubai.
The Social Media Assistant will support the execution of Club L London’s global social media and content strategy, helping to deliver engaging, best-in-class content across all social touchpoints. Working closely with the Social Media team as well as the wider Marketing team, you will assist with campaign rollouts, content creation, community engagement, and day-to-day social management and activity, helping to maximise reach, engagement, and brand impact.

With a proactive and creative mindset, you'll help identify opportunities to engage audiences, support trend-led content creation, and contribute to the continued growth of the Club L brand.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the brand’s social media strategy across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube.
Assist with the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across all social channels, ensuring content is delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives.
Help execute social-first campaign activity, supporting the rollout of campaigns across multiple platforms in line with the wider brand and marketing strategy.
Monitor social media channels daily, engaging with the community and escalating customer queries where appropriate.
Assist with social listening, identifying relevant trends, cultural moments, and audience insights to help inform content creation and strategy.
Support the creation of reactive, trend-led content, helping the team respond quickly to emerging opportunities and conversations.
Monitor and report on social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools, highlighting key learnings and opportunities for optimisation.
Conduct competitor and industry research, keeping the team informed of platform updates, emerging trends, and best practices.
Assist in driving follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness through creative content ideas and community-focused activity.
Support the Outreach team by helping to manage and organise UGC content, ensuring content pillars and campaign requirements are met.
Work closely with the Brand, PR, Creative, and Marketing teams to support the creation and delivery of social-first content.
Help maintain a consistent brand tone of voice across all social channels, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines.
Support the coordination of content shoots, influencer content, and campaign assets where required.
Assist with administrative tasks including content calendars, asset management, reporting, and campaign tracking.
More About You
Previous experience in a social media, digital marketing, or content-focused role.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current social media trends.
Highly creative with a passion for fashion, culture, and digital content.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
Comfortable using social media scheduling and reporting tools, as well as native platform analytics.
Basic editing skills across short-form video content, Reels, TikTok, and mobile editing apps.
A proactive self-starter who is eager to learn and contribute fresh ideas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about building engaging online communities.
Experience within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands is desirable but not essential.
