Key Responsibilities
Own Trading Performance
Lead weekly and daily trading, driving actions to maximise revenue, margin, and sell-through.
Identify risks and opportunities quickly in a fast-paced drops environment.
Manage KPIs including sell-through, WSSI, stock cover, intake margin, and markdown.
Manage Multi-Warehouse Stock Pools
Own and optimise three stock pools across multiple warehouses (e.g. UK, EU, ROW).
Drive allocation and rebalancing decisions to support global demand.
Partner with operations to improve stock visibility, availability, and flow.
Ensure efficient use of stock across regions, reducing fragmentation and missed sales.
Drops & Intake Strategy
Work closely with Buying to plan and execute frequent product drops.
Align intake with trading performance and demand signals.
React in-season to winners and reflow stock accordingly.
Forecasting & OTB
Own forecasting at category and product level in a highly reactive trading model.
Manage OTB, ensuring stock investment is aligned with business priorities and growth plans.
Balance newness vs depth in a trend-led fashion environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Production, E-commerce, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
Support campaign planning, launches, and key trading moments with stock strategy.
Work with tech/ops to continuously improve systems, reporting, and stock accuracy.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a team of merchandisers and assistants.
Set clear trading priorities and create a high-performance, accountable culture.
Drive pace, ownership, and strong commercial decision-making within the team.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience at Senior Merchandiser or Merchandising Manager level in fashion (ideally fast-paced / ecom-led).
Proven track record of trading in a reactive, drops-based or high SKU environment.
Experience managing multi-region or multi-warehouse stock pools.
Highly commercial, decisive, and comfortable working at pace.
Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability.
Strong stakeholder management — able to challenge, influence, and align teams.
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
