The Role
As Project Manager you’ll own the day-to-day delivery of multiple concurrent integration projects, ensuring they are scoped, planned, and executed to the highest standard.
Working closely with the Systems Integrations Manager, development teams, and stakeholders across the business, you’ll coordinate activity, manage timelines, and keep all parties aligned. This role is ideal for someone with a structured mindset, exceptional organisational skills, and the confidence to take ownership from planning to go-live.
Three years of experience in project management is desirable.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Facilitate stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder update meetings
- Track budgets and resource allocation in collaboration with the Systems Integrations Manager
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and manage them through to resolution
- Ensure adherence to governance, testing, and sign-off processes
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices
More about you
- Proven experience delivering technology or systems integration projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, as well as ERP or WMS systems is desirable
