Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sealer Grader to support our growing team in Leicester. You will play an integral part of the team and work across functions to ensure high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Grading and sealing patterns for production

• Execute fitting reports and creating production packs and consumption reports

• Ensure all samples /garments are constructed using most appropriate efficient method

• Digitize and grade patterns using Vetigraph and or Ivestronica system

• Apply grading based on brand’s grading rule specifications

• Work to critical path, sealing and manufacturing deadlines

• Working at a fast paced in tune with a quick reaction and high-volume environment

• Working closely with techs/merch teams / off shore and Inhouse production teams.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Sealer Grader with a UK fashion supplier or retailer

• Pattern making skills across Woven / Jersey.

• Good knowledge of garment construction and womenswear

• Good eye for detail, highly organized and with excellent communication skills

• Confident, dynamic, excellent time management and organizational skills

• Have experience of working in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines

• Vast experience of garment constructions and technical makeup to ensure fit garments sent are to an excellent standard.
• Flexible and creative approach.
• Experience with Vetigraph and Investronica.
